VICTORIAN Arts & Crafts figural Elf and flowers motif rocker blotter done in rolled tin work with aqua glass accents, circa 1900, 5" by 2-3/4" and 1-5/8" tall.  One aqua dot may be missing on the top of the handle so sold as is.

This reminds me of turn-of-the-century fairy tale book illustrations with both the charm and the gothic flavor that they had.

A whimsical ornament for any desk.
