Description NETTIE ROSENSTEIN regal cross pendant with blue enamel and clear rhinestones in a gold plated setting with clear rhinestones accented with fleur-de-lis, circa 1965.  The wide chain is 22" long and the pendant 2-1/3".  Signed on the back "Nettie Rosenstein" it is in excellent sparkling condition.
