BAKELITE transparent lime green spacer bangle with red dots

BAKELITE transparent lime green spacer bangle with red dots, 2-1/2" by 1/2" by 1/4".

I suspect this bangle is an artisan piece, created in the past 20 years, because it  tests barely yellow with Simichrome polish, meaning it hasn't yet had much time to oxidize.
