ARTS & Crafts leather purse with flowers and leaves, 1930

PURSE Arts & Crafts leather purse with an embossed design of four flowers and leaves, 5-3/4" by 6".  Inside is green suede and there are two flat pockets attached to the sides.  The design of this is so typical of it's era, and it is still carefully usable, too.  There is a small leather tab at the closure that is missing, but it is hard to notice where it was.

This can be cared for using any good leather product.  Here is a page from the 1932 "Denver Jeweler's Buyer's Guide" showing a selection of similar Mastercraft purses from the same era, when they were very popular indeed!.   View   View   View
