VICTORIAN 12k yellow gold Halley's comet pin with clear paste stones

Description VICTORIAN 12k Halley's comet pin with clear paste stones in a 12 karat yellow gold setting, 2-1/4" by 1/2".  It has a tiny mark on the back "k12" as seen in the last photo.

Halleys' comet is visible from earth only every 75-79 years and it wasn't discovered until 1758.  It will not be seen again until 2061.  Right now it lays outside the orbit of the planet Neptune, but you can wear this wonderful brooch as close as your collar!   View   View   View
