Description SHULTZ bakelite MAIDEN bangle in denim blue marbled and soft apple juice two row checked, 2-1/4" MAIDEN, a smaller size. A maiden size bangle has a 1/4" less diameter across the inside of the bangle than a standard size 2-1/2" bangle, so it fits a smaller hand and wrist like I ave. Ron made this size especially for me many years ago in about 2003 and it is signed "Shultz" on the inside.

In order to determine if you can wear a maiden size bangle, just take a plain piece of paper and cut it about 1" wide, the width of the bangle, then mark from 7" from one end. That is the size of a maiden bangle. Tape the ends together at that point and slip it over your hand. If it fits easily, so will the maiden bangle. If not, you will want a standard size bangle, which is 8" around the inside.
