Description SHULTZ bakelite butterscotch tube bangle with unusual red and blue moon side dots, 2-1/2" by 1/2".  This is an older Shultz and has mellowed beautifully over time, a rare piece that mixes well with other bangles.  I can imagine how difficult it must be to insert dots on both sides without breaking the bangle.
