DescriptionMOE by Jackie Weeks bakelite fish and bobber float bar brooch in textued apple juice, red and yellow, 3" by 2". The glass eyes are very realistic! It is signed "MOE" on the back for Jackie, a contemporary bakelite artisan who worked in the 1990s to the early 2000s as far as I know.
This piece can be seen in Lee Leshner's book, "Collecting Art Plastic Jewelry" on page 239, and this is the only one I have ever seen like it.
