Description MOE by Jackie Weeks bakelite brooch, with a cigarette, matches and cigarette package with painted details, 2-7/8" by 2-1/4". It is signed on the back "MOE" for Jackie Weeks and was made in the early 2000s. Jackie is a contemporary bakelite artisan who worked in the 1990s to the early 2000s as far as I know. A similar piece can be seen in the book "Art Plastic Jewelry" by Lee Leshner on page 240. View View Product #66075
