   MIRIAM HASKELL Hess baby blue coil bracelet with flowersDesigned by Frank Hess for Miriam Haskell it is unsigned as was typical circa 1940. Hess used these charming flower buttons in different colors in several of his pieces. Coil bracelet have a wire covered with woven fabric to which the beads and flowers are attached, so they are expandable to fit many wrists.
