        MIRIAM HASKELL by Frank Hess blue glass beads and glass pearls flower bouquet brooch, a large 5-1/8"Frank Hess was the head designer at Miriam Haskell and many of the early pieces were not signed, like this one, circa 1940. The glass pearls on one blossom have a slightly rougher finish than on the other and they are slightly larger but they still are original to the piece.
