    DEROSA regal brooch enameled black oval has a crown, three fleur-de-lis with clear rhinestones and glass pearlsThere is a flip-up loop so that it can also be worn on a chain or black ribbon as a necklace. Made in the later 1940s, it is 2" long. Some of this black enameled jewelry was called "Victorian Jewelry" in the DeRosa advertisements, including an ad in Harper's Bazaar from 1947.
