| FEATURE: Amourelle jewelry by Frank Hess
| Made by Kramer in the early 1960s, AMOURELLE jewelry looks like a cousin... and sometimes a twin... to Miriam Haskell jewelry. That is because it was wonderfully created by former Miriam Haskell head designer Frank Hess. Because much less of it was made than Haskell, it is often difficult to find but worth the search. See AMOURELLE gallery HERE.

| FEATURE: DIAMONDS
| Even though it is my birthstone, I have never been a huge fan of diamonds unless they are vintage. The creativity and originality of the older settings enchant me, and the older diamonds cuts are so romantic. My own wedding ring is an Old European cut, passed down in my family for 3 generations.
Diamond jewelry for sale can be seen HERE. See EDWARDIAN fine jewelry HERE.
| PHOTOGRAPHS: VICTORIAN LADIES & THEIR JEWELRY
| An enchanting look at Victorian fashions, jewelry and hairstyles is found in carte de vistas. These wonderful old photos illustrate how jewelry was worn and how it coordinated with the styles of the time.
