      DEROSA butterfly brooch with a rich red elongated rhinestone body and red, blue and clear rhinestonesThe wings are made in two layers, one over the other, and they are all slightly cupped to give it the 3-dimensional look for which DeRosa is well known. It is signed "R DeRosa sterling" along the back edge of a wing, it is 2-1/3" by 2-1/4", and it was made in the 1940s.
