PORTRAIT celluloid retractable tape measure with a lady with flower in her hair on one side and a charming little girl on the other, probably used in sewing 1-3/4" and 1/2" thick. The cloth tape is inside, but does not unroll and the some may be missing as I can only see inches number 14-16 sticking out.
