HASKELL aqua glass bead balls
and clear rhinestone leaves necklace, strung on cord, circa 1940, 15" long
and about 1-1/2" wide.
These
are made with turquoise glass beads, some wired into balls, roses montees,
and rhinestone-studded leaves and flowers. Note the seed bead attachments and the roses montees inset into the balls.

aqua glass beads LARIAT wrap necklace with rhinestone pave silver tone leaves, 21" long
with 2" clips on each end;
NECKLACE with aqua glass bead balls and clear rhinestone leave, strung
on cord, 15" long and about 1-1/2" wide; and four-strand
BRACELET strung on
elastic, 7" total length and adjustable by about 1-1/2" wide.
These are made with aqua glass beads,
some wired into balls, roses montees, and rhinestone-studded leaves and
flowers.
In the early days of Haskell jewelry, when Frank Hess was the head designer,
Haskell put no identifying marks on their jewelry. As a mater of fact, it
was not marked at all until about 1947. Today the early unsigned pieces are
recognized from the vintage art work and advertisements and by their
wonderful detailing, hand work and design. This group is circa 1940. Pieces of this set can be seen in "Miriam Haskell Jewelry" by Gordon & Pamfiloff,
pages 8, 131 and 139.

into both elements are pearls and complimentary colored rhinestones, rare as
Haskell didn't use too many colored rhinestones in her early pieces.
