VICTORIAN 9ct yellow gold retractable mechanical pencil with Persian turquoises around the barrel and a black end carved with a rose, rosebud and leaf. There is a tiny crack at the tip of the pencil end, and the pencil is 1-5/8" long. The pencil slides out when you gently push down on the turquoise ring.
