    SAM BIERN NY signed dress clip of a cuffed chatelaine hand holding a ring of five skeleton keys, very rareSam was a Hungarian who moved to New York City when he was about 15 and his company was active from 1933 till about 1960. I also read that he worked in Providence, RI. This is the first one of it's kind that I have ever seen and I find it charming!
