Description HATTIE CARNEGIE brooch with luminescent pressed golden glass leaves that surround a center of black glass bugle beads, all in a gold plated setting, 2-1/3" by 2".  This has the "Hattie Carnegie" signature on the back.  Similar molded glass leaves were also used by Hobe and Schreiner during this time period of the 1960s, as well as in pieces with no signature.  I have a real fondness for their glowing beauty., 2-1/2" by 1-1/3".

The last PHOTO shows this brooch with a wonderful stack of bakelite bangles that I enjoy wearing it with, just for one example of a way to wear it.    View    View   View
