       FRANCE red rhinestones flowers dress clip signed "MECAN Made in France" on the backIt is 2" by 2", signed on the back "Mecan" in one place and "Made in France" in very tiny letters in another place. "MECAN" is short for "mechanism" in French. It is interesting that we have a piece signed "DeRosa" HERE and in the last photo that has exactly the same flower.
