VICTORIAN Whitby jet hand carved cameo brooch and earrings, a rare matched set in the original box, circa 1880, brooch 1-7/8" by 1-1/2", earrings 2-1/8" by 7/8". This set was seen in "Antiques & Collecting Magazine" page 50, October 2008 in an article about Victorian jet jewellery called Black Magic by Anna Marie Roos, Ph. D.
