VICTORIAN 18k gold, pearl and cornflower blue sapphire crescent pin, 1-7/8", circa 1890. This has a replacement pin stem, natural sapphires and pearls, and the sapphire cuts differ as is correct for this age, with rounds, cushions and oval cuts with good color.
