Morning Glory Collects Eisenberg

EISENBERG
Eisenberg has made jewelry for over seven decades, from the 1930's to the present. Eisenberg marks include "EISENBERG" in all capital block letters, 1945-1958; "Eisenberg Originals" 1935-1945; "Eisenberg Sterling" 1943-1948; and "Eisenberg Ice", 1970-present. Some early Eisenberg pieces are unsigned, and there was also a period in the late 1970s to the 1990s when the company did not mark their jewelry.

It is interesting that earrings in this Schiaparelli ad from 1937 are incredibly similar to the Eisenberg earrings #E21863. This ad shows jewelry designs by Jean Schlumberger.

EISENBERG sterling gilt star face earrings with red enamel and tiny clear rhinestones set in starbursts, very unusual circa 1940,1" earrings marked on the back with the script "E". It is interesting that earrings in a Schiaparelli ad from '37 are incredibly similar to these Eisenberg earrings, and this ad shows jewelry designs by Jean Schlumberger.
