ELZAC "Shy Squirrel" brooch with brown leather hat, circa 1943, with hand painted features, a bit of yellow paint missing on his eyes, 2-3/4". This can be seen in Brunialti's "American Costume Jewelry, A-M" on page 196 and was designed by Elliot Handler, patent number 135,519.
