ELZAC "Carousel Horse" pony brooch in ceramic with Lucite post, circa 1943, missing some sequins as can be seen in the picture, 4-1/3" by 2-3/4". This can be seen in Brunialti's "American Costume Jewelry, A-M" on page 195 and was designed by Elliot Handler.
